The whole contract area will be announced as two different contests and two different contracts. - Contract 1: This contract will mainly cover UKE's need and a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. - Contract 2: This contract will mainly cover this needs of other entities in Oslo Municipality. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with several tenderers. The need will be for services that use other operational environments than Oslo's central operational environment, for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS). It is estimated that contract 2 will be announced as a separate procurement in early autumn 2021 as a restricted tender contest. This announcement will include the administrative provisions/terms for the contest for contract 1.Awards
