The literature will be procured during the fixed price period, compare the Book agreement between the publishing firms and booksellers SS2.1. The procurement does not include periodicals or Norwegian Law Gazette. The literature which shall be procured to the courts of justice shall be assessed and decided by a panel comprising of 4 people from the Appellate Courts, District/City Courts and the Land Courts. The literature purchases are normally divided in 5 main groups: -- Literature which is purchased in 1 copy for each of the standard courts of justice, at present 74 copies, -- Literature which is purchased as handbook literature to all judges in the standard courts of justice, at present 604 copies, -- Literature which is purchased to courts of justice with particular requirements, at present 54 copies, -- Literature which involves Sami judicial questions, at present 14 copies, -- Literature which are purchased to Land Courts, at present 40 copies. For some isolated incidents it may be relevant to procure identical literature to standard courts of justice and Land Courts.Awards
