UBF utarbeidet forprosjekt i 2020 og kalkyle for midlertidigheter assistert av Alt Arkitekter, EFLA og Grindaker.I parallell har byradsavdeling for naering og eierskap (NOE) gitt OBF i oppdrag a anlegge landhockeybane med undervarme. Dette delprosjekt inkluderer landhockeybanen, driftsbygg, trafo og egen aktivitetssone.Awards
