Tenderers must be able to provide all plumbing services for typical extensions, new buildings, or renovations and service. There can also be disassembly and demolition of these types of installations. Tenderers must take on the role of executor (UTF) and offer 3rd party inspections. Tenderers must offer the following services: Project manager, foreman, plumber, plumber with expertise (gas, fire, etc.), insulator, apprentice. Tenderers must provide services in accordance with the description attached to the tender documentation. For a more detailed description see Annex 2 Description and Annex 3 Price Form. If a tenderer cannot provide services at all the locations himself, we recommend using sub-suppliers to fulfil all the points in the notice.Awards
