The contract does not include the function engineering design group management (PGL). Instead PGL will be procured in a separate competition. The preliminary project phase will be carried out in 2 stages. The service in the preliminary project phase shall be carried out in the period 2nd quarter of 2017 -- 3rd quarter of 2019. Most of the service will be carried out up until 3rd quarter of 2018, but with an extended preliminary project period due to the expected time for the city planning matter. The matter is expected to be dealt with politically in the 4th quarter of 2019. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for the execution phase on the same terms.Awards
