The framework agreements will be divided into three independent themes: Theme 1: Acoustics, noise and vibrations; Theme 2: Environmental assessments; Theme 3: Energy efficiency. The framework agreements shall cover the Norwegian National Rail Administration's need for assignments within the themes described above. The contracts can be used by all of the Norwegian National Rail Administration. The Norwegian National Rail Administration will enter into a contract with 3 to 5 tenderers within each of the 3 themes in the contract. The framework agreements shall form the basis for signing concrete contracts (call-offs) over the course of the framework agreement with the tenderers. In some cases this will be in accordance with the waterfall method, where tenderers are chosen in accordance with a priority list, and in some cases this will be after mini-competitions have been held between the tenderers.Awards
