The area is split into three sections 10, 11 and 12. Measures in this procurement will be carried out in section 12. The Agency for Urban Environment (BYM) has given OBF the task of ensuring that sport in Mortensrud can continue its activities during the construction period in sections 10 and 11. A temporary artificial grass pitch, club house, and recreational club shall therefore be constructed, as well as a permanent car park furthest south in the area. UBF prepared a preliminary project in 2020 and calculations for temporary measures, assisted by Alt Arkitekter, EFLA, and Grindaker. At the same time, the city council department for business and ownership (NOE), has given OBF the task of developing a land hockey pitch with undersoil heating. This sub-project includes the land hockey pitch, operational building, transformer, and a separate activity zone.Awards
