Kompetanse Norge, Diku og Utdanningsdirektoratet flyttet inn i lokalene hosten 2020. FM avtalen skal dekke Oppdragsgivers behov for eiendomsforvaltning, drift av lokalene og posttjenester. Lokalene er i et nybygg, men behovene har endret seg underveis og det er blant annet behov for mindre ombygginger, slik at behovet for driftstekniske- og eiendomsforvaltningstjenester anslas til a vaere storst det forste aret. Oppdragsgiver har en avtale for posttjenester for lokalene i Tromso som er gyldig frem til og med 20.09.2021, sa posttjenester vil forst gjores avrop pa fra 21.09.21.
