The Ministry is also responsible for the state lotteries and gaming. As measures in the Government's Action Plan against Racism and Discrimination on the grounds of Ethnicity and Religion (2020-2023) and Action Plan against Anti-Semitism (2016-2020), every 5 years studies will be conducted on the population's attitudes towards ethnic and religious minorities, especially Jews and Muslims. The studies are also relevant for the government's work against discrimination and hatred against Muslims. Kulturdepartementet (KUD) [the Ministry of Culture] call for tenders for an assignment for such a study. The assignment is scheduled to start in 2020 and completed in 2022. A key objective of the new study is that the findings should be comparable to previous studies.
