The requirement for continuous operation at all of the hospital's wards will result in that the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services of these constructional and functional works. The objective is to enter into a framework agreement with 5 service providers, but it may be an option to enter into a framework agreement with 3 service providers if there is lacking sufficient number of qualified providers in accordance with qualification requirements. The value of the engineering design services cannot be precisely estimated, but the preliminary total project value (for all disciplines) is approx. 400 000 000 NOK per annum, including VAT. Number of projects is not yet defined. The size of each call-off may vary. The Awarding Authority is not obliged to purchase any definite volume for each discipline during the agreement period.Awards
