Selv om dette er en felles konkurranse, vil endelig kontrakt matte inngas med den enkelte kommune. Anskaffelsens formal NII skal innga rammeavtale for kjop av datarekvisita, herunder toner og blekk. Leveransen skal dekke kommunene sitt behov for toner og blekk og skal sikre kommunene tilgang til slike varer til riktig kvalitet, pris og leveringstid i avtaleperioden.Awards
