The new framework agreement replaces previous framework agreements for dark fibre. The subscriptions we have with our current supplier where the binding period has expired will be re-signed or continued with the winner of the this competition. UD needs lines to and from buildings in the blocks around Victoria terrasse and to different addresses within Ring 3 in Oslo. These are lines to other public departments and to private companies that operate public IT systems. There will be requirements for deliveries on the contract up to 10 km as the crow flies from Victoria Terrasse. Call-offs on the contract can vary over time, they will depend on moving premises and accesses that UD needs to other governmental departments. Other public departments moving can trigger a need for new lines from UD's side. It is important with a clear and comprehensive SLA, which clearly states what the suppplier shall do and that we have a supplier who can deliver lines quickly.Awards
