The aim of the procurement was to establish parallel Framework Agreements with 3 tenderers for assistance with the development and administration of systems for processing decisions and case management in NAV. The Contracting Authority shall carry out the development and management with internal resources and resource reinforcements from the tenderers, as well as cover swings in capacity needs from the tenderers. NAV emphasises the use of an iterative and flexible implementation model, where the tenderer's resources are included in our development team as well as providing the necessary competence during the agreement period. Tenderers must be able to provide staff for different development team functions. The Tenderers shall also be responsible for the results from the implementation of development assignments in accordance with requirements.Awards
