Attached to the tender notice is a list of properties where the Awarding Authority cannot exclude that the measurement limit is exceeded. The measure limit is defined in the Pollution regulation, compare SS5-4 and is 42 dBA. The Awarding Authority requests a minor safety margin and will implement measures if the average indoor level is equal to 41, 5 dBA. The assignment is divided in 2 levels: Level 1: carrying out study of outdoor noise level at listed properties in order to clarify where further assessment of indoor noise level is required. Delivery: summary report with table. Level 2: indoor inspection with detailed noise assessment of average indoor noise level. If the average indoor noise level is equal to 41, 5 dBA, engineering design of noise insulating measures and balanced ventilation shall be carried out. Delivery: detailed noise assessment in the form of reports for each residence units, possible by suggesting measures.Awards
