See: http://www.ptil.no/nyheter/undersokelse-om-ptils-tilsyn-article13964-702.html The objective of this project is to continue and further develop the user survey. The results/data from the 2018 survey will be made available. The survey must be conducted online and in Norwegian. After an audit report is available, a user survey shall be conducted per audit. The consultant must summarise the responses from the survey during the year, and a total report each year in such a way that the Petroleum Safety Authority can use this in its improvement work. The Petroleum Safety Authority shall only have access to the summarised information. The consultant must store the responses from the user survey for a period of 5 years.Awards
