The agreement shall include the delivery of products/fractions specified in the price sheet as well as other similar products/fractions. The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with minimum three contractors, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders are available. Distribution of call-offs: The contractor that is ranked number 1 will be the main supplier and the contracting authority prefers to make call off for assignments from this contractor. The contractors that are ranked as number 2 and number 3 will be called off by the agreement if we find it more appropriate to procure products from one of these two contractors based on the distance from the construction site.
