Kompetanse Norge, Diku and the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training moved into the premises in autumn 2020. The FM contract will cover the contracting authority's need for property management, operation of the premises and post services. The premises are in a new building, but the needs have changed underpay and among other things, there is a need for minor reconstructions, so that the need for operational technical and property management services is anticipated to be greatest in the first year. The contracting authority has a contract for post services for the premises in Tromso, that is valid until and including 20 September 2021, so call-off for post services will first take place from 21 September 2021.
