The projects vary in scope, duration, and cost, from a value of less than NOK 0.5 million to larger projects with a value of more than NOK 500 million. Most of the assignments are related to new investments, but also large and small renovation projects can be included, as well as other assignments related to implementation of measures of a certain size or complexity in current buildings and plants. Oslo Municipality is in the process of reorganising the municipality's construction businesses. Upon the commencement of Oslobygg KF from and including 1 August 2020, the agreement will be transferred to the new company so that the entire new company can enter into the agreement if required.Awards
