Uslugi swiadczone beda przez osoby posiadajace kwalifikacje i doswiadczenie w ramach zdefiniowanych przez Zamawiajacego w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamowienia profili na podstawie Umow Wykonawczych, zawartych w wyniku przeprowadzenia postepowan szczegolowych prowadzonych w trakcie trwania zawartej Umowy Ramowej. 4. Niniejsze postepowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego w celu zawarcia umowy ramowej z maksymalnie5 Wykonawcami dla kazdej z czesci na podstawie art. 100 ust. 3 pkt. 2 ustawy Prawo zamowien publicznych (t.j.
