Reparatia de complexitate ridicata - R.R. (reparatie capitala) - reprezinta totalitatea operatiilor de inlocuire/ reparare a ansamblurilor, subansamblurilor, echipamentelor si agregatelor defecte/uzate cu efectuarea reglajelor necesare restabilirii parametrilor functionali initiali care presupun regenerarea resursei tehnice in ore de functionare, cicli de functionare, timp calendaristic, acordate intre doua reparatii de complexitate ridicata, care presupun imobilizari ale echipamentelor pe durata relativ mare de timp. Ofertantii pot solicita clarificari pana in a 16-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Awards
