Contractele subsecvente pot fi incheiate simultan cu operatorii economici semnatari ai acordurilor cadru pentru produsele ,,Conservelor de legume in apa sau bulion", (loturile) castigate, in functie de necesitati. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor avand in vedere ca, potrivit art.161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba cel putin 10 zile sa isi intocmeasca oferta in conformitate cu cerintele suplimentare introduse prin raspunsul la clarificari/informatii suplimentare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 20 zile.Awards
