Starea de degradare avansata a strazilor este unul din factorii de neatractivitate a localitatii din punct de vedere turistic, lipsa infrastructurii adecvate fiind una din problemele majore a acestor localitati. Modernizarea acestora si amenajarea aleilor pietonale si a acceselor la infrastructura turistica fiind unul dintre aporturile minime de atractivitatii unei localitati turistice de interes local, national, sau international. Reabilitarea strazilor si aleeilor se va face pe o lungime de 6559.58 ml, astfel incat aceasta sa corespunda clasei tehnice IV si vitezei de proiectare de 25 km/ora, in zona de deal. Valoarea supusa licitatiei pentru executia de lucrari conform devizului general si a contractului de finantare este de 8.473.640,00 RON echivalent 1.903.590,00 EUR. Valoarea cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute calculata pe baza devizului general indicativ aprobat este de 347.868,00 RON echivalent 78.148,00 EUR reprezentand un procent de 4,11 % din valoarea estimata a lucrarilor. Valoarea estimata a achizitiei este de 8.821.508,00 RON echivalent 1.981.738,00 EUR, obtinut prin insumarea celor doua valori anterioare.
