Ofertantii au obligativitatea respectarii principiilor DNSH (Do Not Significant Harm); Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 15-a zi inainte de data depunerii ofertelor.Awards
