Acordul-cadru va avea o perioada de valabilitate de 12 luni, incepand cu data semnarii de catre ambele parti a contractului de furnizare de produse. Acordul-cadru se va incheia pentru fiecare lot in parte, pe baza caruia se vor incheia 3 contracte subsecvente cu perioada de valabilitate de 4 luni pentru fiecare contract subsecvent ( in functie de nevoia autoritatii contractante perioada de valabilitate al ultimului contract subsecvent poate depasi perioada de valabilitate a acordului- cadru conform prevederilor art. 107, alin 4 din HG 395/2016).Awards
