Volumele exacte din zonele de dragaj se vor calcula in vederea decontarilor pe baza ridicarilor hidrografice efectuate inainte si dupa dragaj, de catre Beneficiar. Se vor executa lucrari de dragaj pana la incadrarea in valoarea contractuala.Termenul in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este a 10-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.Termenul-limita pana la care ofertantul poate sa adreseze solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. La solicitarile adresate dupa acest termen entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde.Awards
