Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, astfel: in a 5- a zi calendaristica inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta urmand sa nu dea curs solicitarilor de clarificari adresate dupa termenul-limita stabilit mai sus sau solicitate prin alta modalitate de comunicare decat cea stabilita prin anuntul de participare simplificat.Awards
