Prin derularea prezentei proceduri se doreste asigurarea exclusiv a unor produse conforme prevederilor legale referitoare la punerea in vanzare pe piata, respectiv eliminarea deficitelor. Autoritatea contractanta urmareste ca dupa achizitionarea/receptia produselor si distribuirea acestora unitatilor din cadrul Fortelor Terestre sa le poata utiliza pentru inzestrarea uniforma cu echipament de protectie a militarilor care executa misiuni atat pe teritoriul national cat si in afara acestuia. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 12 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
