Acesta cuprinde in momentul de fata o retea de 24 de statii de biciclete si un numar de 390 de biciclete cu rol de mijloace de transport, cat si o modalitate de petrecere a timpului liber. Aceasta retea acopera si conecteaza zonele importante ale Constantei si statiunii Mamaia;2. Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor.
