Conform Art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr. 107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile Art. 24 alin. (3) si Art. 55 alin.
