Operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 7 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis cu 4 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
