NOTA: Numarul de zile inainte de termenul-limita pentru primirea Ofertelor pana cand Ofertantii pot solicita clarificari: 7 zile. Numarul de zile calendaristice inaintea termenului limita de primire a Ofertelor la care Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet la toate solicitarile de clarificari si/sau informatii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesati: 3 zile.
