Totodata, pentru fundamentarea acestor lucrari de reparatie si modernizare si extindere este necesara si realizarea unor proiecte tehnice si studii pe baza carora sa se poata realiza lucrarile necesare in conditiile de calitate si timp impuse.Autoritatea contractanta Primaria Sector 1 Bucuresti organizeaza o licitatie deschisa pentru atribuirea acordului cadru. Autoritatea Contractanta decide semnarea unui acord cadru pe 4 ani (48 luni), cu maxim 3 operatori economici pe fiecare lot in parte, fara reluarea competitiei.Awards
