Asigurarea serviciilor de COLECTARE, TRANSPORT SI DEPOZITARE A DESEURILOR MENAJERE/INDUSTRIALE LA GROAPA DE GUNOI SI COLECTAREA SELECTIVA A DESEURILOR RECICLABILE se va realiza prin incheierea unui acord-cadru cu doua loturi, cu un singur operator economic, pe o perioada de 48 luni, respectiv: * LOT 1 - SERVICII DE COLECTARE, TRANSPORT SI DEPOZITARE A DESEURILOR MENAJERE/INDUSTRIALE LA GROAPA DE GUNOI SI COLECTAREA SELECTIVA A DESEURILOR RECICLABILE PENTRU DIRECTIA SOCIALA - cantitatile de servicii care fac obiectul Lotului 1, precum si specificatiile tehnice si conditiile de prestare sunt descrise in caietul de sarcini; * LOT 2 - SERVICII DE COLECTARE, TRANSPORT SI DEPOZITARE A DESEURILOR MENAJERE/INDUSTRIALE LA GROAPA DE GUNOI SI COLECTAREA SELECTIVA A DESEURILOR RECICLABILE PENTRU DIRECTIA ADMINISTRATIVA - cantitatile de servicii care fac obiectul Lotului 2, precum si specificatiile tehnice si conditiile de prestare sunt descrise in caietul de sarcini. Serviciile solicitate se refera la servicii de colectare, transport si depozitare a deseurilor menajere/industriale la groapa de gunoi si colectarea selectiva a deseurilor reciclabile rezultate din activitatile desfasurate in cadrul spatiilor destinate cazarii studentilor si pregatirii si servirii mesei (Lotul 1), respectiv rezultate din activitatile desfasurate in spatii/imobile cu destinatie administrativa si de invatamant (Lotul 2). Serviciile care fac obiectul achizitiei constau in servicii de colectare, transport si depozitare a deseurilor menajere (stipulate la pct 20 - deseuri municipale) din Anexa nr. 2 la HOTARAREA nr. 856 din 16 august 2002 privind evidenta gestiunii deseurilor), cu exceptia deseurilor toxice, periculoase si a celor cu regim special si colectarea selectiva cu titlu gratuit a deseurilor reciclabile prevazute in Legea nr. 132 / 2010. Descrierea detaliata a serviciilor si cantitatilor solicitate se regasesc in caietul de sarcini - parte a documentatiei tehnice. Serviciile prestate trebuie sa respecte cerintele impuse prin Caietul de sarcini.Awards
