Produsele care fac obiectul achizitiei au rolul de a contribui la finalizarea lucrarilor de investitii cu forte proprii pe care operatorul de distributie electrica DEER le deruleaza in prezent, la inceperea de noi lucrari de investitii cu forte proprii prevazute in programul de investitii precum si la executia lucrarilor de mentenanta sau lichidare a avariilor. Se va incheia un acord cadru de furnizare produse cu valabilitate de 12 luni incepand cu data semnarii acestuia de catre ambele parti. Solicitarile de clarificari privind documentia de atribuire si amendamentele la modelul de contract se vor transmite cu cel putin 5 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor iar raspunsul consolidat al entitatii contractante in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati la toate solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare va fi transmis cu cel putin 3 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari/amendamente adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit mai sus.Awards
