Acesta apartine Parohiei Clinceni, CIF: 12675311, care a pus la dispozitia Primariei Comunei Clinceni aceasta suprafata de teren in vederea construirii Centrului Social pentru copii, prin Protocolul nr. 36/20.05.2010. Regimul de inaltime al constructiei este proiectat la P+2E, avand partial un subsol tehnic. Valoarea maxima estimata de catre proeictantul de specialiate si aprobata de catre finantator Ministerul Muncii, Familiei si Protectiei Sociale, pentru executia acestor lucrari (exclusiv dotarile aferente) este de 3.389.821,30 lei exclusiv TVA (din care 16.061,69 lei pentru organizare de santier).In acest deviz nu sunt prevazute diverse si neprevazute.Awards
