Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).Awards
