Durata acordului cadru se poate prelungi, prin acordul de vointa al partilor semnatare, in limita cantitatilor maxime, fara ca aceasta durata sa depaseasca in total 4 ani. Contractele subsecvente pot fi incheiate simultan cu operatorii economici semnatari ai acordurilor cadru pentru produsele ,,Veste tactice cu protectie balistica (veste antiglont), Complete modulare si Veste multifunctionale" , (loturile) castigate, in functie de necesitati. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor avand in vedere ca, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba cel putin 10 zile sa isi intocmeasca oferta in conformitate cu cerintele suplimentare introduse prin raspunsul la clarificari/informatii suplimentare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 20 zile.Awards
