Lucrarile vor consta in : -refacerea finisajelor; -schimbarea pardoselilor existente in bai, holuri si camere; -inlocuirea tamplariei de la usi; -realizarea unor compartimentari interioare usoare; - izolare termica pe interior; -inlocuirea toboganului, a coloanelor de apa menajera, hidranti si de incalzire; -inlocuirea obiectelor sanitare din camere si bai; -realizarea unei instalatii electrice, internet si televiziune noi; -realizarea unei instalatii de avertizare incendiu si supraveghere video. Lucrarea se va executa sub exploatare, pe zone stabilite de comun acord cu beneficiarul. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 4 a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunere a ofertelor.
