Technicky stav budovy je havarijny strecha a strop su prepadnute vstup je povoleny na vlastnu zodpovednost. Po prestavbe budova bude sluzit na klubovu cinnost obyvatelom obce. Obec na pozemku si mieni zriadit v dalsom anfiteater z toho dovodu v tejto budove su vytvorene priestory pre ucinkujucich. Navrhnute su satne delene podla pohlavia a hygienicke miestnosti. Pre navstevnikov su taktiez navrhnute hygienicke miestnosti. Klubovne su pre dochocov a pre mladez.
