Predkladana projektova dokumentacia riesi: - zateplenie obvodovych stien - zateplenie stropnej konstrukcie v podkrovnom priestore - zateplenie stropu nad suterenom - zastresenie budovy sikmou strechou - vymenu klampiarskych konstrukcii - vymenu vonkajsich vyplni otvorov (okna, dvere, zasklene steny) Samotna architektura a podorysny tvar budovy ostane nezmeneny, len bude budova zastresena sikmou strechou.
