Sedaj se bo izvedla se tretja faza rekonstrukcije tega objekta, ki obsega: - rekonstrukcijo II. nadstropja v 700 m2 povrsin za poslovne dejavnosti, - rekonstrukcijo desnega dela pritlicja, v katerem se uredi menzo za potrebe obrtne cone Veliki Otok. Objekt se nahaja v poslovni obrtni coni Veliki Otok, na parceli st. 1449/18 k.o. Zagon.Awards
