Rok dokoncanja je za narocnika kljucnega pomena, saj po tem datumu vec nima zagotovljenega financiranja projekta. Rok je tako v pogodbi dolocen kot bistvena sestavina pogodbe in v primeru, da rok dokoncanja s strani izvajalca ne bo dosezen, se pogodba z iztekom 31. 10. 2021 steje za razvezano.
