Delo opravljata dva resevalca na izmeno, in sicer eden na pokritem bazenu in eden na mestnem otroskem igriscu. Opravljanje sluzbe resevanja iz vode poteka v obratovalni sezoni Bazena Velenje, praviloma vsak dan od 8.00 do 22.00, po potrebi zaradi vecjega obsega programa lahko tudi vec casa.
