V kuhinjo bo vgrajena nova tehnoloska oprema. Dani prostor je potrebno gradbeno obrtnisko urediti glede na novo tehnolosko zasnovo razporeda opreme, zagotoviti je potrebno vse instalacijske prikljucke (voda T+M, odtoki, luc, plin), vezane na novo opremo in s prikljucki na obstojece dovode v prostoru ter prostoru zagotoviti ustrezno avtonomno prezracevanje in ventilacijo z upostevanjem delne rekuperacije odpadnega zraka. Stranski prostori bodo obnovljeni in instalacijsko opremljeni glede na njihovo funkcionalno namembnost. Obnovljen bo tudi prostor jedilnice s sanacijo tlakov, opleskom sten in stropov ter novim sistemom prezracevanja in svetili.Awards
