This process is to purchase Els fenomens meteorologics excepcionals dels dies 5 i 6 de novembre de 2020 van afectar diversos trams del ferm de la Via Verda que cal reposar per tal de garantir la seguretat i correcte us del tracat, motiu pel qual els serveis tecnics del CCBE han redactat un projecte executiu on la necessitat de contractar aquestes obres queda exposat a la memoria del projecte.Aquestes incidencies meteorologiques van provocar que diversos trams de la Via Verda tinguin un estat de conservacio que pot resultar perillosos ates que la capa de rodadura de doble reg esta molt degradada i que hi ha irregularitats i clots. Es a dir, desnivells no tolerables i perillosos per als usuaris. A mes, de no actuari a temps, es va degradant de manera accentuada i quan s'hi vol actuar el cost es major que si es fa feina preventiva. El Consell Comarcal del Baix Ebre es l'ens responsable de garantir el correcte us de la Via Verda i per aquest motiu es planteja realitzar-hi aquestes obres.
