EXPTE. 490/2021 Tendo en conta os acordos adoptados pola Mesa de Contratacion nas xuntanzas realizadas en data 19.01.2022 e 18.03.2022, contendo, esta ultima, a proposta de adxudicacion a favor do licitador, CONSTRUCCIONES GONZALEZ Y GONZALEZ S.L. Atendido o informe de fiscalizacion emitido pola intervencion municipal en data 11.05.2022, obrante no expediente, tendo en conta a necesidade de contratacion das citadas obras para mellorar as infraestructuras que se describen no proxecto tecnico e ser esta a oferta mais ventaxosa para o Concello e en aplicacion dos criterios establecidos no citado prego de clausulas administrativas, a Xunta de Goberno Local, por unanimidade, acorda: 1o.- Adxudicar a obras de DE AMPLIACION DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ABASTECEMENTO DE AUGA POTABLE NO VILAR (FRANZA) E NA RUA YANEZ BADIA, INCLUIDAS NO POS ADICIONAL 1/2019, polo procedemento aberto simplificado sumario, a CONSTRUCCIONES GONZALEZ Y GONZALEZ S.L., (CIF: B151650004)- no prezo desglosado e condicions que figura a continuacion: Prezo: A) Precio sin I.V.E.: 39.900,00 EU B) I.V.E. 21%: 8.379,00 EU C) Total (A + B): 48.279,00 EU Igualdade: Si conta con plan de igualdade. 3o.- Aprobar o gasto correspondente con cargo a partida 161.60900 do orzamento vixente, prorrogado do 2020. 4o.- Nomear director tecnico da obra ao enxeneiro de caminos, D. Antonio J. Duran Macineira (PROYFE S.L.). 5o.- Nomear coordinador de seguridade e saude durante a execucion das obras a D. Pablo Pazos Garcia (PROYFE S.L.). 6o.- Notificar o presente acordo aos licitadores e publicalo simultaneamente no perfil do contratante. Asi mesmo, debera publicarse no perfil do contratante a formalizacion do contrato cando esta se produza. 7o.- Que se requira ao adxudicatario para a formalizacion do contrato administrativo dentro do prazo de quince (15) dias habiles, a contar do seguinte ao da notificacion da presente adxudicacion.Awards
