Tambe s'inclou la posada en servei dels diferents equipaments, aixi com la seva conservacio i la realitzacio de les actuacions que corresponguin durant el maxim termini de garantia possible.Les condicions del subministrament s'establiran en el plec de prescripcions tecniques particulars (PPTP), mes les que hagi ofert l'adjudicatari en la seva proposta. En el PPTP s'indiquen els equipaments inclosos en l'objecte del contracte, a mes de contemplar la possibilitat de modificacions previstes durant la seva vigencia.El lloc de lliurament del subministrament sera al Teatre Municipal, al carrer Hernan Cortes de les Roquetes.
