This process is to purchase El present contracte te per objecte l'execucio de les obres relatives a l'execucio de les obres relatives al Projecte executiu per a les oficines destinades a la seu de l'Institut d'Estudis Espacials de Catalunya (IEEC), d'acord als termes descrits al projecte.Les necessitats a satisfer mitjancant el present contracte consisteixen en adequar i distribuir els actuals espais en nous espais com ara sales de video conferencies, diferents espais pensats per ser despatxos, un laboratori, una sala per a els arxius, una sala de servidors, diferents espais diafans per ubicar-hi els llocs de treball i per ultim un espai comu amb un menjador-cuina.L'execucio de les obres resta condicionada a l'obtencio de l'autoritzacio per part de la Direccio General de Patrimoni de la Generalitat, tramit necessari per tal que l'IEEC pugui procedir a l'ocupacio dels espais, quedant l'adjudicacio i l'eventual inici de les obres sotmesos a la condicio suspensiva de l'obtencio de la citada autoritzacio i la consequent subscripcio de l'acord d'ocupacio temporal dels espais entre la UPC i l'IEEC.
