SEGUNDO. Admitir las plicas presentadas, por considerarse suficiente y adecuada la declaracion del Anexo I del PCAP. *Plicas presentadas y admitidas: PLICA 1. EQUIPAMIENTOS DEPORTIVOS S.A., con CIF.: A-30082945 PLICA 2. CONSTRUCCIONES RAFAEL ZARZOSO S.L., con CIF.:B-12221347 TERCERO. Adjudicar a la mercantil EQUIPAMIENTOS DEPORTIVOS S.A., con CIF.: A-30082945 representada por D. Jose Luis Albaladejo Garceran, con NIF **4593***, en su condicion de Administrador, el CONTRATO DE OBRAS "DE LA REFORMA DEL PABELLON POLIDEPORTIVO MUNICIPAL DE TORREBLANCA", de conformidad con su oferta: 1. Propuesta economica: 181.838,43 EU (BI= 150.279,69EU + IVA= 31.558.74EU). 2. Mejoras tecnicas del pavimento deportivo: CUARTO. Aprobar y disponer el gasto por importe de 181.838,43 EU, IVA incluido, con cargo a la aplicacion presupuestaria no 342.61903 denominada "REFORMA PABELLON POLIDEPORTIVO" del Presupuesto municipal vigente. QUINTO. Dar cuenta de la presente Resolucion a Intervencion, Secretaria y Tesoreria a los efectos de practicar las anotaciones contables que procedan, asi como al responsable del contrato y a la Concejalia de Deportes. SEXTO. Publicar anuncio de adjudicacion en el perfil de contratante en plazo de 15 dias. SEPTIMO. Designar como responsable del contrato al director facultativo, D. Carlos Rafael Vicente Navarro, Ingeniero Industrial. (Colegiado no 4264 del COIICV), y al Arquitecto Municipal, D. Jose Luis Rokiski Martin. OCTAVO. Notificar la adjudicacion a los licitadores, y a la mercantil adjudicataria del contrato EQUIPAMIENTOS DEPORTIVOS S.A., con CIF.: A-30082945 , a la que se requerira para formalizar el contrato dentro de 15 dias habiles siguientes la notificacion del presente acuerdo. NOVENO. Publicar anuncio de formalizacion del contrato en el Perfil de contratante en plazo no superior a quince dias tras la perfeccion del contrato y con el contenido contemplado en el anexo III de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Publico. DECIMO. Comunicar al Registro de Contratos del Sector Publico los datos basicos del contrato incluyendo la identidad del adjudicatario, el importe de adjudicacion, junto con el desglose correspondiente del Impuesto sobre el Valor Anadido."Awards
