En la mateixa actuacio s'adequaran les obertures a facana, es canviaren les fusteries exteriors i es faran totes les instal*lacions pertinents per posar en us la nova activitat. Tambe caldra actuar en el exterior per poder fer els accessos segons les normatives actuals. Es fara una plataforma per entrar a peu pla a l'edifici des de la cota del carrer i, una rampa i tres esglaons per baixar a la zona inferior del parc.
